Nature of services

The coaching, retreats, and yoga I offer through Dhara Within are wellness and personal-development services. They are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.

Bookings

Sessions, packages, and retreat spots are arranged directly with me via email or WhatsApp. Availability, pricing, and payment details will be confirmed at that time.

Cancellations & refunds

Liability

Participation in yoga, retreats, and related physical practices is at your own risk. Please let me know of any health conditions or injuries in advance so activities can be modified appropriately.
