Session Design
Our wellness sessions are intentionally designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s workplace—whether as a midday reset, part of a leadership offsite, or an immersive experience during a company retreat. Welcome & Intention Setting
We begin with a brief grounding practice to help your team shift out of “doing” mode and arrive fully in the space. Participants are invited to set a personal or shared intention—such as cultivating clarity, restoring energy, or strengthening team connection.

Guided Sound Journey
An immersive experience using Tibetan bowls, tingsha, and ocean drums to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support mental clarity. Participants are invited to sit or lie down comfortably as the sounds help restore balance.

Integration & Closing
Quiet time for reflection and gentle re-entry. Optional sharing is welcomed in a supportive space, allowing insights to settle and benefits to carry into the rest of the day.
