THE RESTORATIVE SOUND JOURNEY

Arrival & Intention Setting
We begin with a few quiet moments—gentle breathwork and guided visualization to help you settle and connect. You’re invited, but never required, to set a simple intention for the session—whether it’s rest, clarity, release, or simply the act of receiving.

Healing & Transformation
You’ll lie down—or sit, if you prefer—while I gently guide you into stillness using handcrafted Tibetan bowls, tingsha, an ocean drum, and other grounding instruments. Their soothing vibrations support your nervous system, helping to release tension and restore a sense of calm.
Optional: Bowls on the Body
If it feels supportive for you, some bowls may be gently placed on the body to deepen the vibrational experience. This can enhance grounding, support emotional release, and encourage physical relaxation. It’s always optional and entirely consent-based—you’re welcome to opt in or out at any time. Your comfort, safety, and choice are at the heart of this work.

Integration & Closing
We’ll end with a few quiet moments for integration—giving your body and mind time to gently reorient. There’s space to share, ask questions, or simply sit in stillness. However you choose to close, it’s always at your own pace and in your own way.
